FEATURES OF THE LABOR ACTIVITY OF ATHLETES AND COACHES AS SUBJECTS OF LABOR RELATIONS

this scientific paper highlights the main features of the work of athletes and coaches as subjects of labor relations. The specifics of the labor function of this category of employees necessitates the use of special legal regulation. In the course of the study, some problematic issues related to the regulation of the activities of athletes and coaches were identified. The author suggests ways to overcome them.
